Do You Want To Become Fit And Healthy? Well Check Out My Speech I Think This Is Really Helpful.

Firstly, Just think what this universe would look like, if all the people were sick and tired of exercising, completing personal hygiene and choosing poor nutritional foods. Yes people we would be in a poor state of affairs. My speech will convince to participate in sports and physical education. Physical activity should be a  major action in your life? Let’s look at some of the reasons why 1 in 3 people have a weight issue in New Zealand.
Sadly our current physical condition is based around, how we think and act around exercise and food, in both the younger and older populations,  and our attitude about healthy living.
The Annual Update of 2016 New Zealand Health Survey found that:
  • almost one in three adults (aged 15 years and over) were obese (32%)
  • a further 35% of adults were overweight but not obese.
  • 47% of Māori adults were obese.
  • 67% of Pacific adults were obese.
Firstly, did you know that Usain Bolt also known as Bolt is like one of the fastest men on earth today. Do you know why? Well I highly believe that Usain Bolt is one of the fastest men on earth because of the amount of fitness he has completed when he was young. I also believe that he is the world record holder in sprints, which is 9.89 seconds because he is disciplined in muscle building, sprint practice and dietary requirements.
Secondly, we have 47% of adults and children that are overweight. They are putting on more weight we will label these people as morbidly obese. This is caused by kids and adults spending less time exercising and more time in front of the TV, computer, phone, tablet, or video-game console. The best game that I think will make everyone lose weight is Soccer, Baseball, Basketball, they are all amazing, fun games to play.

Thirdly, from fast food to electronics, quick and easy is a reality for many of us. This is one of the main reasons why most of our people are currently in the position of being obese or unhealthy. This unhealthy living can lead to cancer, heart disease or a stroke. This means 47% of New Zealand population will live a short life. Imagine 47% of our New Zealand families without a mum and dad.

In conclusion, All of this evidence points to the fact that people should do more exercise than focus on their devices, you can go places, but only if you never give up on yourself. I hope you can store of this encouragement in your nogan. Always remember to never give up on yourself try your best, I am Letisha Ngakuru, Thank you for listening to my speech.
